The two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are at the front and back of the chalet. A short cut takes you to the hidden jewel of the house in the form of an intimate courtyard. In this space, an outdoor jacuzzi, and showers under the clear blue sky are shown to their full advantage.

Living
The rustic beams of the veranda continue across the ceiling in the living room and kitchen. This open-plan living area gives access to the bedrooms. A cool breeze from the side garden can enter the living by opening up the sliding glass doors.
Kitchen
A small opening in the outside wall of the dining room looks out onto tropical plants and makes you curious about the exterior ‒ and very mysterious ‒ space behind it.
Bedrooms

Upgrade terrace
At each side of Chalet Portia are sliding windows. From there you can exit the living and bedroom spaces and enter the terraces at the side of the chalet. These terraces connects the entrance at the hill side with the veranda at the sea side.
Upgrade BBQ area
At the front of Chalet Portia, the roof continues past the facade to create a covered veranda that is perfect as a retreat where you can unwind and enjoy the sea view. The veranda can be reached through the portal of the side terrace. Furthermore, the veranda can accommodate an outdoor kitchen with grill area, comfortable sectionals and dining table.
Upgrade outdoor spa area
You can transform the hidden intimate courtyard between the two bedrooms into a green hidden outdoor spa area. Hosting two private outdoor showers, an outdoor bathtub and storage for towels and wellness products.
Upgrade 3rd bedroom
The sloping surroundings of Secret Garden give several chalet opportunities to expand. A number of plots are situated on a hill with a sufficient slope that makes it possible to expand the chalet with a third bedroom underneath.
The third bedroom can be reached by a private staircase from the upper main terrace leading down to the lower private terrace of the 3rd bedroom with access to the associated rooms as a bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
